With the Maintenix work order being used to track the progress of the customer’s project, its current performance to plan is immediately visible on demand to project managers and supervisors. In addition, using the web-based features of Maintenix, customers may be permitted access to monitor the performance themselves and collaborate via the web. Customers can be kept informed of additional work that may be required due to non-routines found during the check, allowing negotiations for changes to the workscope and price to take place without incurring unnecessary delays or work stoppages.

Because Maintenix provides comprehensive tracking of maintenance tasks completed, discrepancies and non-routines found, corrective actions performed, tools used, and parts and consumables installed, an accurate and timely invoice can be provided to customers for services rendered.
