Financial Reporting
As described in the Maintenance Cost Tracking section, the ability of Maintenix® to track both direct and indirect costs via tasks and work orders provides some very powerful reporting capabilities. The automatic roll-up of materials and labor costs on a work order, coupled with the work order’s association to a serial number, customer, visit, project, etc., allows the system to provide very detailed and accurate reports.
