With its robust labor and materials tracking features, job standards can be established, monitored, and constantly refined in Maintenix® to provide accurate and timely estimates of projected labor and material costs for each task in a work package. With its out-of-the-box template capabilities, Maintenix will project cost estimates for each task as soon as the task is defined and entered into the system. With powerful roll-up features, Maintenix can then project the total cost of each work package, based on the costs of all the tasks within it. Because Maintenix can forecast: labor by skill type; bills of materials for tasks by individual part number; tooling; ground equipment; and, facilities needed for upcoming tasks or projects, departmental and divisional budget amounts can be more easily determined and forecasted.
