Les Hine joined Mxi Technologies as President in October, 2006. His role was expanded to include the duties of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in October, 2009. Les is responsible for Mxi's strategic direction and oversees all operations including Research & Development, Services, Sales, Marketing and Finance & Administration. Prior to joining full time, Les was a consultant to Mxi on strategy and business planning for twelve months.
Les started his career with the Procter & Gamble Company, where he spent twenty-one years. He worked in Marketing in Canada, Spain and Portugal for thirteen years, and then became a Vice President and General Manager for eight years; four of them in Canada and four of them in Japan where he ran three divisions of P&G for Japan and Korea. Prior to becoming a consultant to Mxi, he worked for Molson, Canada's largest brewer, where he held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer and President of their Ontario and Western Canada division.
Les holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.

Steve Morris is the Director of Civil Aviation for Mxi Technologies. In his role, Steve is responsible for working with such key accounts as KLM Engineering & Maintenance, Air France, and NetJets.
With eighteen years of experience in the aerospace industry, Steve has a strong knowledge of airline and MRO business requirements. His career began in aerospace manufacturing developing advanced manufacturing processes and aerodynamic test facilities, as well as aerospace gas turbine engine test facilities.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from The University of Waterloo.

Russ Halliday is the Maintenix Product Manager at Mxi Technologies. In his role, Russ works to understand customer and market requirements in order to direct the growth and development of the Maintenix product.
Russ began his thirteen year career in a software research role. He joined Mxi in 1998 and pioneered some of Mxi's early integration technologies. Following several years as a Maintenix Product Architect and Manager of R&D Support, Russ moved into Product Management in 2006.
Russ holds a Computing & Information Science degree from Queen's.

Andrew Hircock is the Manager of Product Design at Mxi Technologies. In his role, Andrew is responsible for leading the design of new features for product development.
With fourteen years in the aerospace industry, Andrew has a long track record of understanding customer requirements and providing software solutions to address those needs. Andrew is frequently involved with customers on-site and he regularly hosts collaborative discussions to facilitate requirements gathering.
Andrew holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from Carleton University and is one of Mxi's founders.

Dave Junker is the Manager of the Technical Sales team for Mxi Technologies. In his role, Dave is responsible for providing pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of the software solution.
During his time at Mxi, Dave was the technical lead for Air France's A380 MRO System Pilot Project and has worked with such industry leaders as KLM Engineering & Maintenance, Qantas and NetJets during their MRO software implementations. Through his extensive experience conducting customer requirements assessments, Dave has developed a strong knowledge of the MRO business requirements of airlines and defense organizations.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering Degree from Carleton University.

Evan Butler-Jones is the Manager of Product Marketing at Mxi Technologies. In his role, Evan works to understand customer and market requirements in order to continually improve Mxi’s offerings to the marketplace.
Starting his career in equipment failure analysis, Evan has since spent the last seven years with Mxi, specializing in business analysis and software implementation for Airline, OEM, and Defense customers.
Evan holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from Carleton University.
