Mxi Technologies supports a wide range of user groups, which appeal to individuals at all levels and professional backgrounds. Mxi’s user groups provide opportunities to learn, share, support and strengthen the community as a whole.
Airline & Boeing User Group
The Airline & Boeing User Group (A&BUG) offers a biannual forum for the establishment of business needs and priorities among Mxi Technologies’ commercial airline customers. Although supported by Mxi Technologies, the A&BUG is a peer-driven conference, with sessions and discussion topics selected by our airline customers.
Targeted toward executives, the A&BUG also helps to establish topics for the Maintenix® User Group and Technical User Group Conferences.
Maintenix User Group
Since 2006, Mxi Technologies has regarded the Maintenix User Group (MUG) Conference as an opportunity for our organization to work collaboratively with our customers to enhance the capabilities of our user community in their day-to-day use and management of the Maintenix software. This conference offers unique networking opportunities and established channels for communicating and sharing ideas with peers and Mxi experts.
Hosted each year in Ottawa, Ontario, the MUG Conference features in-depth customer discussion sessions and detailed technical workshops, focused on such areas as the latest Maintenix releases, the Maintenix product RoadMap and best practices for using Maintenix. Since 2009, the conference has included a series of customer-led discussion sessions to enable Maintenix users to learn, firsthand, from the experiences of their peers.
It is our goal over the three days of the conference to engage our customers in a meaningful dialogue to enable us to further solidify our partnership and deliver on our shared objective of providing a superior maintenance software solution to the aviation industry.
Technical User Group
Complementary to the annual Maintenix User Group (MUG) Conference, Mxi Technologies also offers our customers the opportunity to participate in various technical workshops, including the annual Technical User Group (TUG) Conference.
Focused on technology and infrastructure, the TUG is targeted toward IT professionals and subject matter experts (SMEs), with a goal of offering information exchange and education about the Maintenix software. In addition to facilitating dialogue about industry trends and future product direction, the TUG establishes collective priorities and facilitates networking across our customer base.
